Squannacook Industries was a small, independently run creative studio that I operated for several years, specializing in custom greeting/holiday cards, as well as design services for special events. The business also offered branding support for other small businesses, including logo design, websites, and visual identity development. Many of my long term creative projects were produced under the Squannacook Industries umbrella.

The Squannacook Industries brand also extended into retail for a time, with a short-lived space in a local thriftique co-op, where I sold vintage and upcycled items, alongside my original design products. The business served as a flexible, hands-on platform for exploring a wide range of design and branding opportunities.

It was a passion-driven project that served as the creative umbrella for much of my design work. A fun, flexible venture that gave me space to explore a variety of design ideas and collaborations.

SQUANNACOOK INDUSTRIES CLIENT SPOTLIGHTS

A few highlighted collaborations between SQI and local businesses in New England.

The queens cups, 2016

Social media is one hell of tool. I met the owner of the Queens Cups while working at Worcester Magazine in 2011, when she was making cupcakes in her home kitchen. Later she would open The Queens Cup’s, an in-demand bakery in both Milbury and Worcester, MA.

I had the opportunity to make custom dessert stands for her business to use as displays in their retail space, and also at their catered events.
